MUMAITH KHAN – Film Actress

Mumaith Khan – (born Mumait Abdul Rashid Khan) is also known by the name Munnu. Her mother's name is Hasina Khan and her father's name is Abdul Rashid khan. Mumaith's family hailed from Pakistan but moved to India where they settled in the outskirts of Mumbai.  Her sister Zabyn Khan also entered the film industry and has done some cameo appearances in Telugu films.

She became famous in Bollywood with the item song in Munna Bhai MBBS. Mumaith Khan became a star with the film Pokiri in 2006 due to her item song. Since then, the actress had been in demand for special songs and has created a space for herself in Hindi, Tamil, Telegu and other languages. She is deemed the uncrowned queen of item songs.
